Partnering with parents to make disciples

November 12, 2020

We believe that parents and guardians, those entrusted with raising and caring for children, are called to be the primary disciple-makers for their kids. This idea can be found throughout the Old and New Testament, as God uses families of all kinds to raise up boys and girls to know and love the Lord.

But parents and families were never intended to do this on their own. It’s a community effort, the work of brothers and sisters in Christ coming together to encourage and help one another raise up their children to follow Jesus Christ. Because of this conviction, our Next Generation ministries take the approach of coming alongside parents and guardians as a partner and a tool to help families fulfill their call to make disciples in their homes.
